TikTok Media Buying Team Lead

This is a fully remote, full-time leadership opportunity within a fast-growing media buying and iGaming environment. You will lead a team of media buyers while taking ownership of traffic quality, budgets, testing strategies, and marketing performance. The role combines people management with hands-on expertise in TikTok Ads and performance marketing. You will shape team roadmaps, develop marketing hypotheses, and oversee funnels from testing through execution. Collaboration with design, development, finance, and other teams will be central to delivering scalable campaigns.
