This is a fully remote role supporting the smooth fulfillment of live event ticket orders in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.You will step in when automated processes require human intervention, ensuring customers receive their tickets accurately and on time.The role involves resolving ticket transfer issues, researching order and buyer information, and coordinating directly with ticket marketplaces.You will work across both routine and high-pressure situations, particularly during major sporting and live event periods.Success in this position requires speed, precision, organization, and the ability to stay focused while managing multiple urgent requests.You will play a critical role in preventing fulfillment issues from impacting customers and ensuring every order reaches its destination.No prior ticketing experience is required, making this an opportunity for a dependable and resourceful professional to build experience in a dynamic operational environment.
