Temporary People Experience Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Temporary People Experience Specialist based in the United States. This role supports a fast-paced People Experience function delivering high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle.You will take ownership of onboarding, HR administration, employee records, and day-to-day team member support.The position also provides exposure to benefits, payroll, learning and development, recruiting, and employee relations.You will work closely with People leaders and cross-functional partners to keep HR processes accurate, compliant, and employee-focused.Your work will help ensure a smooth experience for employees from onboarding through offboarding.This is a hands-on, high-volume opportunity suited to someone who is organized, analytical, responsive, and comfortable managing competing priorities.The assignment is expected to last approximately six months, with potential to convert to a full-time opportunity.
