This role is responsible for creating clear, accurate, and user-focused technical documentation for applications and complex systems.You will research, write, edit, and maintain manuals, user guides, online help content, presentations, and standard operating procedures.The position works closely with business, technical, project, and other stakeholders to translate complex information into accessible documentation.You will help ensure documentation meets user needs, quality standards, project requirements, and applicable accessibility guidelines.The role also involves developing visual aids such as diagrams and flowcharts and identifying opportunities to improve documentation quality.Strong communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage changing priorities are essential to success.This is a fully remote opportunity offering a focused three-month engagement with the potential for a longer-term continuation.
