Technical Writer

This role supports strategic communications and documentation for a major federal healthcare technology modernization program. You will transform complex policy, workforce, informatics, and health IT concepts into clear, accurate, and accessible materials for executive and governance audiences. Working alongside senior leaders, clinicians, technical teams, operational stakeholders, and government clients, you will help ensure critical information is understood and actionable. The position combines technical writing, executive communications, editing, document governance, and stakeholder coordination. You will contribute to high-visibility deliverables that support modernization, organizational change, and effective decision-making.
