Role

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join the Technical Publications department. This is a remote role, reporting to the Manager, Technical Publications. You will help deliver a growing portfolio of capabilities in threat prevention and business enablement by turning complex technical information into clear, effective documentation. What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Translate complex technical information into high-quality documentation and UI text—including release notes, tooltips, and error messages—tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Enhance documentation usability and clarity by integrating strategic graphics, illustrations, and visual aids
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs in Engineering, Field Support, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure technical accuracy and content relevance
  • Drive user experience by establishing documentation standards, style guides, and terminology to ensure consistency across all platforms
