Technical Product Manager, GTM Systems

In pursuit of this mission, our Enterprise Platform Technology team is responsible for enabling scalable go-to-market operations that help customers successfully adopt OpenAI’s products. The team partners across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, Support, Data, and Engineering to design intelligent systems and workflows that support customer acquisition, lifecycle activation, and operational scale across the GTM ecosystem. ABOUT THE ROLE OpenAI’s top-of-funnel GTM landscape is evolving into a signal-driven, data-orchestrated acquisition engine powered by AI-native workflows, enriched customer intelligence, and increasingly interconnected GTM systems.
