Technical Leader-SCADA/HMI - cybersecurity - network equipment

Our partner is looking for a Technical Leader-SCADA/HMI - Cybersecurity - Network Equipment based in the United States. This is a customer-facing technical leadership role responsible for designing and delivering complex automation and digital energy solutions from presales through project execution. You will translate customer requirements into scalable technical architectures spanning SCADA/HMI, cybersecurity, industrial networking, protection and control, and digital substations. The role combines hands-on engineering expertise with technical project leadership, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide solutions through design, testing, commissioning, and delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and technical compliance. You will engage directly with stakeholders ranging from field engineers to executive leaders, supporting demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.
