Technical Lead-Power Apps and Power Automate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Lead-Power Apps and Power Automate based in India. This role provides technical leadership and subject matter expertise across Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate in a customer-facing support environment.You will lead a technical team while remaining hands-on with complex troubleshooting, escalations, and case resolution.The position covers Canvas and model-driven apps, Dataverse, connectors, environments, cloud flows, desktop flows, RPA, and integrations.You will diagnose issues using error messages, telemetry, run histories, logs, and reproducible test scenarios rather than trial and error.The role combines team mentoring, quality oversight, customer communication, technical escalation management, and support process adherence.You will contribute reusable solutions and knowledge-base content while helping maintain response times, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.This is a fully remote, full-time position requiring rotational shift flexibility and availability for business travel.
