This fully remote leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced software engineer passionate about blockchain technology and decentralized finance.You will lead a team of software engineers and a Technical Product Manager while helping shape innovative DeFi infrastructure.The role combines hands-on engineering with technical strategy, team development, and product delivery.You will work on high-performance MEV services and Ethereum mempool transaction workflows.Your contributions will help improve validator profitability and trading execution for DeFi searchers.The position offers an opportunity to build scalable distributed systems within a technically ambitious, collaborative environment.Candidates based in Germany and other eligible locations across Europe or the UK can work remotely.
