The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Consultant with a focus on the digital contact centre platform and customer experience (CX) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a strong background in customer-facing roles.
