ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the primary technical partner for our Team & customers after the sale, helping them adopt, operate, and get long-term value from Supabase. At Supabase, TAMs are the technical owners of their assigned accounts, working closely with our most valuable customers to: - Understand each customer’s architecture, use cases, constraints, and goals. - Validate deployments and guide customers through onboarding and early success. - Proactively surface risks and optimization opportunities before they become incidents. - Coordinate internal teams on complex escalations and drive root cause analysis. - Align Supabase capabilities with the customer’s roadmap.
