About the role: With strong product traction among enterprise brands, we’re now looking for Technical Account Managers to join our team and become experts in AI product adoption. It’s an amazing opportunity for senior people who are passionate about technology and love translating it into business impact. TAMs own E2E tech consulting for top accounts. Companies come to us with goals that they want to reach with customer-facing AI. Getting there is a puzzle made of their systems, processes, customers, and our platform. As a TAM, you're the one who solves it: you work out the approach, build it in our platform with our AI tooling (which you also contribute to), test it with the client, and see the benefits show up in their results.
