Tech Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tech Lead based in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tech Lead to take ownership of technical direction, execution, and team leadership within a fast-growing, post-Series A startup. You’ll work closely with the founding team and play a central role in shaping engineering priorities and delivering high-impact products. A major focus will be leading greenfield initiatives powered by Large Language Models and modern AI technologies. The role combines technical leadership with people and process management, while remaining strongly hands-on — with around 75% of your time spent close to the code. You’ll help solve challenging engineering problems across a modern, scalable sales technology platform used by rapidly growing businesses. You’ll also act as a key bridge between engineering and product, ensuring effective collaboration across multiple initiatives. This role offers an excellent path for a strong technical leader looking to develop toward an Engineering Manager position.
