Tech Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tech Lead to take ownership of technical direction, execution, and team leadership within a fast-growing, post-Series A startup.You’ll work closely with the founding team and play a central role in shaping engineering priorities and delivering high-impact products.A major focus will be leading greenfield initiatives powered by Large Language Models and modern AI technologies.The role combines technical leadership with people and process management, while remaining strongly hands-on — with around 75% of your time spent close to the code.You’ll help solve challenging engineering problems across a modern, scalable sales technology platform used by rapidly growing businesses.You’ll also act as a key bridge between engineering and product, ensuring effective collaboration across multiple initiatives.This role offers an excellent path for a strong technical leader looking to develop toward an Engineering Manager position.
