Team Leader - Verifications

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Leader - Verifications based in India. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team responsible for critical employment and education verification operations supporting U.S. background screening.You will manage a team of 10–20 associates, balancing productivity, quality, compliance, and service-level performance.The position combines hands-on verification expertise with people leadership, coaching, performance management, and operational oversight.You will ensure sensitive verification data is handled accurately, confidentially, and in line with client and U.S. compliance requirements.The role also involves analyzing operational trends, resolving escalations, improving processes, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Success will be measured through SLA and TAT adherence, accuracy, productivity, client satisfaction, and team engagement.This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced operations leader comfortable working U.S. night shifts.
