Team Lead - Trading

This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building and scaling high-performance algorithmic trading infrastructure.You will lead a small engineering team while remaining deeply involved in coding, architecture, design reviews, and production operations.The role combines people leadership with ownership of systems where latency, reliability, correctness, and throughput are critical.You will shape the technical direction and roadmap, translating complex business goals into well-scoped engineering initiatives.You will work across frontend, backend, databases, distributed systems, and low-level performance optimization.Collaboration spans product, operations, compliance, clearing, and engineering teams in a distributed, remote-first environment.This is an opportunity to influence both the technology and the growth of an engineering team working on sophisticated trading systems.
