Tax Accountant (Real Estate) This is a remote tax preparation seat supporting a property management and investment-focused organization that manages residential portfolios and investment funds. You will own the preparation and filing of U.S. federal and state tax returns for real estate holding companies and related entities, applying real estate-specific tax rules, including depreciation, accelerated depreciation, and cost segregation.
