Task & Process Mining Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Task & Process Mining Analyst based in Brazil. This is a remote contract opportunity for a senior-level analyst focused on using process intelligence to improve complex healthcare claims operations. You will combine business analysis, process mining, task mining, and automation expertise to uncover how claims workflows operate in practice and identify opportunities for measurable improvement. The role covers claims adjudication, denial management, prior authorization, revenue cycle activities, and payer-provider interactions. Using tools such as UiPath Process Mining and Task Mining, you will analyze event data and user activity to uncover bottlenecks, rework, process variants, and compliance deviations. You will translate these findings into prioritized, ROI-backed automation opportunities that RPA and technology teams can implement. Success will require strong healthcare domain knowledge, analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to connect process insights with business outcomes.
