This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Sourcer, Agency based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to build high-quality talent pipelines for fast-growing startups and technology companies. You will focus on the top of the recruiting funnel, identifying, researching, engaging, and qualifying exceptional candidates for a range of technical and go-to-market roles. Your work will directly support recruiters in turning strong sourcing efforts into successful placements. You will use modern sourcing techniques, outreach platforms, social networks, Boolean search, and AI-powered recruiting tools to reach outstanding talent. The position is well suited to someone who is proactive, curious, highly organized, and motivated by measurable results. You will work closely with recruiters and a collaborative remote team while receiving structured training and hands-on coaching. As you gain experience, you will have increasing autonomy and opportunities to grow toward broader recruiting responsibilities.
