This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day people operations within a growing, fast-paced organization.You’ll manage key stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and documentation through payroll, engagement, and offboarding.The role combines operational precision with a strong focus on creating thoughtful and positive employee experiences.You’ll work closely with employees and internal stakeholders while helping maintain a welcoming and productive office environment.You’ll also contribute to internal hiring by interviewing candidates and helping create a fair and consistent recruitment experience.A key part of the role will be identifying gaps in existing processes and building simple, scalable systems to address them.This position is ideal for an early-career HR professional who takes ownership, communicates with empathy, and enjoys making things work better.
