As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of roles and hiring priorities.You will partner closely with hiring managers and Talent colleagues to identify, engage, and secure exceptional candidates.The role combines proactive sourcing, strategic pipeline development, offer management, and a strong focus on candidate experience.You will help strengthen inclusive hiring practices and build diverse, high-performing teams across a distributed international environment.As a senior member of the Talent function, you will also contribute market insights, recruitment expertise, and ideas for continuous improvement.This is a six-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.The role offers a remote and flexible working environment with opportunities to influence recruitment strategy, processes, and team effectiveness.
