This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced recruiter focused on hiring highly skilled technology professionals across the US and Canada.You will own end-to-end talent acquisition for roles spanning Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and advanced analytics.The position combines strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.You will build strong pipelines for specialized and senior-level talent in a competitive technology market.Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.The role offers the opportunity to contribute to organizational growth and potentially take ownership of recruiting for a business line or broader vertical.Success requires strong US hiring knowledge, excellent communication, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively across time zones.
