We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to our People team in Spain.
You can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates currently residing in Spain.
You will join the People team at an exciting moment for Wellhub. As Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for Europe, you will lead regional hiring and develop a high-impact recruiting team to support our next stage of international expansion. Partnering with senior leaders, you will translate business priorities into workforce plans that enable organizational growth. You will be responsible for opening new markets, hiring the teams that will drive success in these regions. Beyond recruitment, you will drive data-driven initiatives and scalable practices to deliver high-quality outcomes.
