This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Portugal. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in supporting rapid growth by owning recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding. You’ll identify and engage high-quality candidates across global talent markets, with a particular focus on technical and IT-related profiles. You’ll manage candidate pipelines, conduct structured screenings, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll help define hiring needs and build targeted recruitment strategies. The role offers significant autonomy in a fully remote environment, with the opportunity to use modern sourcing tools and recruiting technologies. Your ability to build strong talent pipelines will have a direct impact on the organization’s ability to scale its workforce effectively.
