Talent Acquisition Manager, Operations & Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, Operations & Enablement based in India. This is a hands-on leadership role within a global Talent Acquisition organization, combining people management, recruiting operations, and strategic enablement.You’ll lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators while remaining actively involved in selected high-priority searches.The role gives you ownership of the strategy, processes, and systems that shape interview coordination and the hiring experience.You’ll identify opportunities to improve workflows and leverage AI, automation, and modern recruiting technology to increase efficiency.Working closely with Recruiting, People Systems, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders, you’ll help implement changes with organization-wide impact.You’ll also contribute to broader talent strategy, candidate experience, employer branding, and recruiting operations initiatives.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced TA professional who enjoys building, improving, coaching, and operating in a fast-paced remote environment.
