THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to our People team in Brazil!

We are looking for a talent expert who thrives at the intersection of strategy and people. You will act as a vital connector within Wellhub, building strong internal partnerships with Hiring Managers, PeopleBPs, Total Rewards, and OD&B to ensure every hire strengthens our culture. Beyond our walls, you will be the face of Wellhub, managing relationships with external candidates, agencies, and vendors to ensure a world-class recruitment experience.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering professional growth while aligning efforts with company objectives.
  • End-to-End Talent Management: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless transition from initial briefing to onboarding.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to enhance candidate quality, diversity, and overall hiring effectiveness.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and PeopleOps, refining role requirements and aligning hiring strategies with business needs.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage recruitment metrics and data insights to track performance, optimize processes, and report on key hiring outcomes.
  • DEB Champion: Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle to build a truly diverse and representative workforce.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage ATS workflows (e.g., Greenhouse) and ensure all stakeholders adhere to established SLAs and recruitment compliance.&lt
