This is a 6-month remote contract opportunity supporting a fast-paced, high-energy Talent Acquisition team.You will play a key role in coordinating the candidate journey and ensuring interviews run smoothly from scheduling through feedback.The position combines operational coordination, candidate communication, ATS management, and recruitment support.You will collaborate closely with Talent Partners, hiring teams, and stakeholders across India and the US.Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate potential issues before they affect the process.You will also gain exposure to different areas of Talent Acquisition while supporting evolving priorities and projects.Two shifts are available: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST or 4:00 PM–1:00 AM IST.
