SVP, Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SVP, Product based in Canada. This is the most senior product leadership role in the organization, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the executive team. You will define the product vision and strategy across the entire portfolio, from core platform and marketplace experiences to internal systems, data, and AI. A central mandate will be building an AI-native product organization, with responsibility for turning advanced AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, New Businesses, Professional Services, and Customer leadership. The role combines strategic portfolio ownership with hands-on product leadership, experimentation, and organizational design. You will also shape the product talent strategy, hiring standards, operating model, and culture needed to scale product impact globally.
