Survey Manager - DJ Basin Oil & Gas

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Survey Manager - DJ Basin Oil & Gas based in United States. This is a leadership role overseeing survey operations for oil and gas projects across the DJ Basin, from planning and field execution through data processing and final deliverables. You’ll coordinate survey crews, office technicians, equipment, schedules, and review capacity across multiple concurrent projects. The role combines technical survey knowledge with project planning, resource management, quality assurance, and people leadership. You’ll work closely with project managers and technical teams to translate project requirements into practical survey plans and dependable commitments. You’ll also help resolve delivery challenges, improve workflows, and develop the capabilities of field and office teams. The position is fully remote, with work generally aligned to Mountain Time and occasional travel for collaboration, training, or project support.
