Support Engineer, SAP MM / WM / eWM (Evergreen)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Support Engineer, SAP MM / WM / eWM (Evergreen) based in Brazil. This role provides expert remote support for mission-critical SAP applications within a global customer support environment.You will troubleshoot complex issues across SAP MM, WM, and eWM in highly configured and integrated SAP 4.x and ECC landscapes.The position combines deep functional knowledge with hands-on configuration, technical investigation, and solution development.You will work directly with customers to understand business needs, support change, and deliver reliable solutions.The role includes exposure to Brazilian and Mexican tax, regulatory, and localization requirements.You will also contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, diagnostic tools, and continuous improvements across the support organization.Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and the ability to work effectively in a global virtual team are central to the role.
