Support Center Technician

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Support Center Technician based in the United States. This is a fully remote technical support opportunity focused on refrigeration and controls systems used across food retail and commercial environments. You’ll serve as a key technical resource for customers, field technicians, engineers, and internal teams. The role combines remote troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, system performance analysis, and customer support. You’ll help diagnose issues involving compressors, valves, controls, and refrigerant circuits while contributing to reliable system operation. You’ll also help strengthen technical knowledge through documentation, reporting, and training resources. This role is well suited to a hands-on problem solver who enjoys supporting others through complex technical challenges.
