Position Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the organization in the removal of non-productive inventory. This role involves creating product withdrawal and MCR (Mercahndis Credit Returns) requests in accordance with parameters established by the merchant, special projects, and the quality assurance team. Additionally, the position includes maintaining vendor relationships and contact information, as well as managing communication and collaboration with our third-party processor regarding store returns. They will also provide root cause analytics for withdrawal or aged inventory disputes or opportunities. Includes some ad-hoc analytical support for the Reverse Logistics Department showing RFC(Return for Credit) trending allowing for measured metrics and manage communication across multiple business unit inboxes. The position will also manage payment type and item disposition change requests. As well as track and report on recalls within the DCs and third party returns processor facilities.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creation of MCRs, PWs, RFCs. Conduct root cause analysis for MCR, Product withdrawal and store RFC return processing issues store or vendor.

  • Management of Supplier/Item end of life dispositions across multiple departments (Suppliers, A/P, CM’s, Inventory, RISD, Store’s, Logistics, and Reverse Logistics).

  • Management of creation and tracking Recall PWs and MCRs.

  • Complete ad hoc requests as assigned in pursuit of the team’s mission and manage the 3 return team inboxes

  • Coordinate with third party returns processor to ensure proper invoicing occurs for product / vendor withdrawals

  • Centralize and maintain current data base for reverse logistics vendor contact information. Research, input, verify, resolve, and maintain Sku and Supplier attributes which include but not limited unsalable contracts on Mainframe and STIBO applications.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional working experience

  • 1+ years of experience supporting supply chain procedures pertaining to Supplier/Item end of life process.

  • 1+ years of analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, with ability to interpret large complex datasets and identify risks or inconsistencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and external partners effectively and professionally. Ability to tailor communication based on audience.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize work to accurately completed projects or assignments on schedule.

  • Organize data in a way that your audience understands.

  • Proficiency in multiple programs/applications; STIBO, Mainframe (Rumba/CICS), Help Desk, SAP

  • Proficient in SQL/Snowflake

  • Experience in Tableau or Power BI

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
