Overview As a Supplier Capacity Leader, you will drive supplier development and manufacturing capacity expansion across critical forging, airfoil, and structural component categories. You will work closely with global suppliers and cross-functional teams to increase production capacity, eliminate bottlenecks, and meet growing customer demand. Combining engineering expertise with strategic supply chain management, you will oversee technical qualification activities, resolve manufacturing constraints, and accelerate sourcing and development initiatives. You will collaborate with supplier quality, engineering, and supply chain leaders to ensure production growth aligns with quality standards and technical requirements.
