Supervisor, Business and Competitive Intelligence

Job Summary and Purpose:

 The Lead, Business and Competitive Intelligence is responsible for coordinating intelligence workflow, scoping projects, gathering information, and supporting prioritization across the PFM Analyst team to effectively support business growth across both Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences.

The Lead, Business and Competitive Intelligence will serve as a key point of contact for PFM commercial teams on intelligence projects that support business growth.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day guidance and subject matter expert support to Analysts to promote high-quality work, consistency, and strong execution.
• Coordinate and help prioritize daily work across lead qualification, research, and landscape analysis; promote strong research methods, stakeholder communication, CRM hygiene, and on-time completion of deliverables.
