This role is responsible for supervising the assembly and installation of hydroelectric turbines across large-scale energy projects.You will oversee field execution for Kaplan and Francis turbines, ensuring that work meets contractual deadlines, technical specifications, and quality standards.The position combines hands-on technical leadership with planning, resource coordination, contractor management, and safety oversight.You will work closely with site and construction management teams to coordinate activities and ensure the right people, tools, and resources are available.The role also involves resolving technical issues, managing documentation, and supporting engineering teams through non-conformity analysis and corrective actions.You will contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement by training customer teams and capturing lessons learned from projects.This is a remote-based position with frequent travel to project sites across Brazil and internationally.
