This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supervisor(a) de Montagem BOPe based in Brazil. This role is responsible for supervising the assembly and installation of electrical Balance of Plant (BOPe) systems across hydroelectric power plant projects.You will coordinate field activities to ensure projects meet contractual requirements, technical standards, quality expectations, and planned timelines.Working closely with site and construction management, you will help organize manpower, tools, equipment, and other resources needed for successful execution.The position combines hands-on technical supervision with strong coordination of contractors and project stakeholders.Safety, technical documentation, quality control, and continuous performance improvement will be central to your day-to-day responsibilities.You will also contribute to customer training, technical support, and the sharing of lessons learned to strengthen future project execution.The role offers a dynamic environment with frequent travel to national and international project locations.
