This role is responsible for supervising generator assembly and installation activities across hydroelectric power projects.You will provide technical and operational leadership in the field, ensuring activities meet project schedules, contractual requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.The position combines field supervision with workforce planning, contractor oversight, technical documentation, and coordination with engineering teams.You will work closely with site and construction management to sequence activities and ensure the availability of people, tools, and resources.The role also involves identifying non-conformities, coordinating technical solutions, and maintaining accurate project documentation.You will support customer teams through technical training and ongoing assistance while contributing lessons learned to improve future project execution.This is a remote-based, full-time opportunity requiring frequent travel to project locations in Brazil and internationally.
