Strategy & Performance Manager - New Verticals UAE

Our Grocery & Retail team manages Deliveroo Hop dark stores, 3rd party grocery delivery, and non-food retail businesses in the UAE. We work closely with our partners to drive growth, improve performance and continuously enhance the customer experience. As the scale and complexity of the business increases, the Strategy & Performance function plays a central role in shaping market strategy, strengthening Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and embedding performance discipline across Grocery and Retail. This role sits within the UAE NV Strategy & Performance team, based in our Dubai office (hybrid model), and works cross-functionally across Commercial, Category, Marketing, Finance and Product to support growth and execution across the business.
