The role oversees enterprise-wide Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) HIM and coding operations across hospitals and outpatient clinics. You will lead Director-level leaders, drive operational excellence, and ensure coding quality, productivity, and compliance during a major Epic upgrade and optimization initiative. Working closely with revenue cycle, compliance, and IT executives, you will help stabilize operations while implementing sustainable process improvements.
