The role & impact As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will shape Xero’s future direction in the UK market. You will lead discrete strategic projects, dive into market research and competitive intelligence, and deliver insights that inform critical business decisions and regional operating plans. In addition to strategy setting, you will turn those insights into action by driving the operational execution of key initiatives.
