THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager to our Partners team in Brasilia!

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager to join our Partnerships team in Brazil. This role involves managing relationships with our most crucial accounts in Brazil, functioning as a principal Key Account Manager for Northern and Central-Western territories. The successful candidate will oversee strategic initiatives and disruptive projects, with a strong emphasis on organization, processes, and growth. The area is pivotal, dealing directly with our top-tier partners, requiring a highly strategic approach to maintain and enhance these key relationships

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Manage the lifecycle of key accounts in the region, moving beyond "relationship building" to delivering concrete growth and satisfaction for partners and Wellhub.
  • Complex Negotiation: Lead high-stakes negotiations (renewals, rate adjustments, etc) with autonomy, solving conflicts without constant reliance on escalation.
  • Data-Driven Diagnosis: Deep dive into portfolio metrics (Churn, Utilization, Unit Economics) not just to report numbers, but to diagnose root causes (e.g., cannibalization vs. incremental revenue) and prescribe action plans.
  • Revenue Expansion: Proactively identify opportunities to increase inventory and cap rates, treating your portfolio as a P&L that needs to grow.
