Strategic Accounts Mining Sales Director

This role leads strategic mining sales and business development activities across North America, with a strong focus on the Canadian mining industry. You will manage key accounts, identify new commercial opportunities, and drive sustainable growth through customized and bundled solutions. The position combines strategic account management, technical sales, market development, and relationship building across mining and mineral processing operations. You will work closely with engineering, technical, sales, manufacturing, and distribution teams to deliver solutions that improve equipment performance and operational efficiency. The role provides significant exposure to major mining customers, industry events, dealers, and strategic projects across the region. With up to 50% travel, you will engage directly with customers and mining sites while shaping long-term commercial strategies.
