This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on owning and leading major product experiences across an AI-native financial planning platform.You’ll solve complex full-stack problems spanning intuitive, high-performance interfaces and robust financial data systems.The role combines product thinking, technical depth, and close collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.You’ll take initiatives from early problem discovery through architecture, implementation, launch, and continuous iteration.You’ll also help shape AI-native capabilities, including orchestration, retrieval, and tool-based workflows.As a Staff+ engineer, your influence will extend beyond your own projects by raising engineering standards and building systems adopted by other teams.The environment is remote-first, highly autonomous, pragmatic, and suited to engineers who enjoy building complex B2B products from the ground up.
