As a Staff Software Engineer on our New Product team you’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Engineering teams to contribute to the development of our next generation New Product platform, working across a robust ecosystem of tools and products, and building a first-class customer experience. We’re seeking an engineer who values scalable distributed systems architecture and exceptional user experience—someone eager to blend technical depth with product vision at the foundation of Webflow’s platform.

As a Staff Software Engineer for the New Product team, you’ll … 

• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers beyond your team to plan and build product capabilities that enable our Structure product goals
• Effectively communicate team priorities and strategy to engineering and cross-functional leadership teams 
• Work as part of a team to champion technical standards while balancing business strategies and requirements
• Build, document, and test production code that impacts all Webflow customers
• Participate in all engineering activities including incident response, interviewing, designing and reviewing technical specifications, code review, and releasing new functionality
• Lead projects that directly contribute to team and engineering organization's deliverables
