Staff Software Engineer, Home Pod (React Native)

The Opportunity Home is the first thing members see when they open the Hinge Health app. The Home Pod is responsible for making sure every member quickly finds the care they came for, and as a result, we sit on a critical business path for Hinge Health. In this role, you’ll own and evolve the core Home experience on our React Native app, using experimentation to deliver a delightful experience that reliably guides members into the right sessions and programs. You’ll join a strong pod as the senior-most engineer, partnering closely with product, design, data, and backend teams to define the technical direction, raise the quality bar, and mentor others while shipping impactful improvements to one of our most visible product surfaces.
