You will be the technical anchor for our mission to seamlessly connect members with virtual orthopedic specialists and a high-performance network of in-person providers. This is a rare opportunity to operate in a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment while leveraging the resources of a market leader to solve complex challenges in musculoskeletal (MSK) care delivery. What You'll Accomplish - In your first 3 months: You will dive deep into our existing stack (Golang, TypeScript, React Native) to ship critical features for our Specialist Visits product. You will establish initial engineering standards for this new initiative and build trust with cross-functional partners in Product and Design. - In your first 6 months: You will lead complex, cross-team initiatives that unlock new product capabilities, guiding the team through ambiguity to deliver durable solutions. You will mentor senior engineers, raising the technical bar and ensuring our clinical journeys are intuitive and high-quality. - In your first year: You will drive the architectural vision
