Account Management owns the customer-facing self-service channels and the agent portal tooling that frontline support and customers depend on — operationally critical surfaces that directly affect customer experience, support efficiency, and fraud/risk outcomes. As we shift the platform toward agentic account updates and consolidate agent tooling, the scope, cross-service integrations, and vendor touchpoints grow substantially; this increases technical risk and the need for rigorous, end-to-end technical stewardship.
