This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - CAM based in Canada. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will take ownership of technically complex, mission-critical products that connect software, AI, IoT data, and the physical world. You’ll define technical strategy and lead the development of new products and platform capabilities from concept through production. Working across backend, frontend, APIs, and potentially mobile, you’ll build scalable experiences that solve real operational challenges. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear technical direction and measurable outcomes. This is a high-autonomy environment where engineers are expected to shape what gets built rather than simply execute an existing roadmap. You’ll also influence engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and help establish the technical practices needed to scale globally.
