Staff Simulation Data Modeler

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Simulation Data Modeler based in the United States. As a Staff Simulation Data Modeler, you will own the data foundation that powers a sophisticated simulation environment used to address complex military planning and operational challenges. You will shape the entity catalog across service branches, nations, and eras, ensuring the underlying data is accurate, current, defensible, and fit for purpose. This role combines deep research, quantitative modeling, AI-enabled workflows, and rigorous verification and validation. You will direct AI agents to accelerate research and content production while applying expert judgment to the decisions that require human oversight. Working closely with Engineering, Customer Relations, subject matter experts, and fellow simulation specialists, you will continuously challenge and improve the models. Your work will directly influence the credibility and effectiveness of simulation-based decision-making in high-stakes operational environments.
